About Us
From our base in London, we’re a small team that wants to open up access to quality teaching and learning. We started Steppit’s parent company – Workshop – in 2016, by producing online courses with a handful of specialist education partners who saw the promise of action-oriented learning. Since then, those courses have been completed by tens of thousands and we have been able to uncover new markets and opportunities to reach students worldwide.
In late 2023, we launched Steppit to let people everywhere build quality learning experiences using our tried and tested format. We’re excited to revolutionise the EdTech space and provide better solutions in the UK and worldwide for online and hybrid learning.

We want to empower the very best educators to share their passion, skills and unique approaches further than their own communities.
We want every child and learner, no matter their circumstances, abilities or needs, to have access to exceptional and engaging social learning experiences.
