hi love, i’m robin, founder of scandivv
i started scandivv because i could never find jewelry that felt like me. it was either too basic, too flashy, or just didn’t hit that sweet spot between cool and expressive. so, like any slightly chaotic 20-something with a big dream and a pinterest board called “one day,” i decided to make it myself. between uni deadlines and oat milk lattes, with zero experience, i started my dream.
scandivv was born in my tiny apartment in amsterdam, literally. for the longest time, i packed every single order from my bedroom, trying to squeeze huge shipping boxes into the tiniest corners of my room. at one point, my room looked like a post office, a jewelry studio, and a girl dinner all at once. my roommates became my unofficial assistants (shoutout to them for opening the door for the mailman five times a day). and girls’ night? it often turned into wine + stuffing jewelry into scandivv bags on the couch. it wasn’t always cute, it was chaotic, cramped, and a lot of trial and error. but it was also so full of love.
fast forward: scandivv is now worn by thousands of beautiful humans all over the world (still wild to me). i designed our first bestseller, the pien necklace, with zero clue what i was doing. seeing it worn by so many of you, styled in your own way, made me realize how big our community was.
now, we design most of our pieces ourselves, from the first sketch to the final sample. it’s still such a pinch-me moment every time a new style drops and i see you wearing it. this isn’t just jewelry, it’s confidence, it’s expression, and a whole lot of love.
