Prepared Physician, LLC (formally Provider Prepared, LLC) was founded by Dr. Nate Whittaker, M.D., a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician. Shortly after becoming a physician, Dr. Whittaker realized that he and other medical providers were expected by family, friends, and neighbors, to be equipped to manage frequently occurring skin lacerations. However, he could not find a sterile, hospital-grade, disposable first aid kit with the high-quality materials and devices he was accustomed to using at work.  Motivated to fill this need for himself and other medical providers, Dr. Whittaker founded Prepared Physician, LLC.
