We were 4 Finnish friends with a shared problem.
No matter what we tried, we couldn't recover properly from work, sports, and everyday life.
We knew sleep was the missing piece, so we started researching. After countless failed experiments with every sleep solution on the market, we stumbled on a video about how breathing affects sleep quality.
Suddenly, everything clicked.
The breakthrough was simple: we weren't breathing properly. Mouth breathing hurts your sleep, but how do you fix something that happens while you're unconscious? That question led us to nasal strips and mouth tape.
Fixing our breathing didn't just fix our sleep.
It changed everything. Better workouts, more motivation, stable mood. We started feeling like younger versions of ourselves.
Now we're on a mission to share what changed our lives — not through complicated routines or expensive gadgets, but through simple tools that work. Because when you breathe better, you become better.
