Leisurely was inspired by the Chefs in the back of the restaurant, when they should be at the forefront. When dining out, we all rave about the dishes and perhaps even the service.
But name-dropping the Chef doesn’t happen often, even if we don’t mean to.
And that’s a problem, because the dining experience isn’t complete without the Chef’s story. From the good to the bad, and downright ugly, we want to connect these personalities with those to learn more about them in an interactive setting.
