It all started with a pencil eraser and a desperate roommate.
After trying an old trick—rubbing a pencil eraser across his hands and feet—his month-long arm pain vanished almost overnight. The concept was powerful: releasing fascial tension in the small, overlooked areas of the body can dramatically reduce pain felt much higher up the chain. But the execution? Terrible. The eraser felt rough, irritated the skin, and crumbled after just a few uses.
That frustrating moment sparked an idea: create a durable, purpose-built tool that actually works for the hands, feet, jaw, and neck—areas most recovery devices completely ignore.
While the market exploded with guns and rollers for big muscle groups (think legs, back, and quads), nothing targeted the tiny, high-sensory zones that often hold the real keys to relief. Pain is rarely local. Tight fascia in your feet can contribute to knee, hip, or back issues. Restricted hands can feed into elbow, shoulder, or neck problems. The same goes for jaw tension feeding into headaches and posture.
So we designed the Fascia Stick—dual-sided, ergonomic, and built specifically for precision work:
