Our Story.
Hi, we’re Yossi and Megan, two best friends, business partners and lifelong foodies who thought caviar seriously needed a rebrand.
Here's the thing: caviar was never meant to be inviting.
The industry thrived on exclusivity. Private clubs, impossible rules, sales people who looked down at you, prices designed to intimidate. If you didn't know the secret handshake, you weren't invited.
But we indulged anyways. Late nights at home. On fries, chips, nuggets, hashbrowns, even straight from the tin! And the truth was obvious: all that gatekeeping was hiding something incredible.
Every time we ate it, we had the same thought: why can't this just be fun?
So we built the caviar brand we wished existed.
CAVI was born in Miami, backed by years in food, hospitality, and culture. We knew exactly what we didn't want: gatekeeping, intimidation, or caviar that felt untouchable.
Instead, we focused on the good stuff. Real sturgeon caviar, responsibly sourced, clearly explained, delivered fast, packaged boldly, and most importantly, priced transparently. Always meant to be eaten, not admired.
CAVI is caviar without the pressure. No dress code, no special occasion, just really great caviar that shows up ready for whatever moment you're in.
